Christmas on the Plaza is an annual Holiday Celebration and Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Downtown Plaza in Danville, VA. RDA is looking for volunteers to help with food tables, Santa, overseeing activities etc. Thank you for volunteering!
The following are the shifts available. We will assign people locations ahead of time, and send details via email, and we will have a volunteer table set up at the event so you can receive instructions when you arrive.
3pm - 4:30pm shift: Event Set-up
4:30 pm-6:30 pm shift: Santa's Helper
4:30 pm-6:30 pm shift: Food Table or Children's Activities
6 pm - 8 pm shift: Santa's Helper
6 pm - 8 pm shift: Food Table or Children's Activities
7:30 pm - 8300 pm shift: Clean-Up
