Martinsville-Henry County Historical Society is participating in United Way's Day of Action and could use some help. Volunteers are asked to help with the following:
- Exterior Landscaping
- Weed areas of groundcover. It can be any level of involvement, from shaking dirt and weaving
weed roots out from among the groundcover roots, to digging up those plants with a potato digger.

- Interior Refresh
- Clean glass cases using Windex and paper towels (or other method)
- Dust shelving, window blinds, floor trims
- Shampoo carpet
MHC Historical Society will provide the following items
- kneelers
- towels
- variety of sturdy weeding tools
- cool drinks
- rug doctor
- cleaning supplies
