To provide opportunities for individuals and families to overcome barriers, gain self-sufficiency, and improve quality of life by:
- establishing a strategic fund development infrastructure to build a sustainable and financially viable agency
- building leadership capacity to adapt to the complex environment that surrounds the issue of poverty
- increasing awareness of the agency, build its reputation, brand and identity as advocates and champions for poverty related issues, and educate and engage stakeholders
- investing in agency infrastructure
- refining and focus agency programs, activities, build and leverage strong community partnerships, to maximize impact
