Volunteer: 1st Grade Swim Lessons - Volunteer to Assist!Every year, we provide free swim lessons to all 1st grade students in Martinsville City and Henry County Schools and it’s one of our favorite programs! To help things run smoothly, we’re looking for 5–6 volunteers to assist during the week. It doesn’t have to be every day, but we ask that you’re available to help at least a few times during the week. The children come Monday - Friday throughout the school year from 12:45p - 2p. Volunteers will receive 50% off their membership September - May! This is an incredibly rewarding experience—and a great way to give back while supporting water safety in our community.
