United Way of Henry County and Martinsville drives change by providing community-elected funding to over 25 local agencies who implement community programs with measurable, lasting solutions. Our mission is to advance youth opportunity, financial security, and a healthy community for all individuals in Henry County and Martinsville.
We invest local charitable contributions into our volunteer-vetted Community Impact Grants. Our funding decisions for these local community grants are made through an annual competitive process overseen by our Community Investment Review Panel. This diverse group of 20-30 volunteers ensure our investment with your contribution has the greatest local investment in our core areas of need. To view our most recent funding decisions, click here.
